Capgemini Exceller Recruitment Assessment
Capgemini's 2025 recruitment (Exceller program) uses game-based aptitude instead of traditional MCQ tests, along with a technical pseudo code test, essay writing, and a behavioral assessment. No negative marking. Coding is optional and determines salary tier.
Technical Test and Essay are elimination filters (>70% cutoff). Game-based aptitude (4 games, ~5โ6 min each) replaces traditional MCQ. Coding round is optional: 1 question solved = 5.75 LPA, 2 questions = 7.50 LPA. Standard package ~4 LPA without coding.
